Refund policy
1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
Some products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as: undergarments
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team at support@ablty.shop within the eligible return period.
Our customer support team will guide customers through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned item.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated return address, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Refund or Exchange:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer about the status of their return.
If the return is approved, customers may choose between a refund to their original payment method or an exchange for a similar item of equal value.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the approval of the return.
